How we work
Every receptionist is built from your own answers and tested before it goes live. Pro customers get a monthly review of their calls and a script tune-up. Support is by email at info@ruqayaai.com, usually answered the same day.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, so your card details never touch our systems.
Honest by design
Callers are told it's a virtual assistant and that calls may be recorded. It never collects card details on the phone.
Safety first
If a caller reports danger – fire, gas, injury – the first thing it says is to get safe and call 911.
